The headphones are constructed from quite a low-cost looking plastic. but while the materials are pretty much what you’d expect at this price level (currently under £30), the sound is not. The 40mm motorists supply that warm sound we crave and the adjustable headband supplies a comfortable fit.
The 500mAh battery supplies “up to 25 hours” playing time after a charge of around 3 hours. The included audio cord also indicates you can use them if the battery runs flat or you’re on an aircraft that doesn’t allow wireless Bluetooth.
After using them myself for a couple of days I passed them onto my kid who was heading to Spain on a weeks holiday – an optimal opportunity to give them a hard life living with a teenager.
They arrived home again, still in one piece, but what was the verdict on his return? One word… “Awesome”.
